New York's Supreme Court doesn't think so, having ruled against the Paper of Record.
It wouldn't matter if they were lawyers or not. They are Leftists and therefore would be untouchable. New York only tries to disbar Republicans like Rudy Giuliani, never frauds like Cuomo.
The terms "legal" and "NYTimes" in the same sentence renders all meaning moot.
