To my eyes the global application of ruling class theories are the best way to grasp the class structure of the ruling strata. For example, Trump hired key Cabinet people who are members of the elite Pilgrim Society, an arch-Anglophilic cut out group. Then of course there are a myriad other elite social groups that are Transnational, Masonry for instance or nominally independent steering groups for actually existing Capitalism like the WEF or Tri-Lateral commission.

Trump the billionaire real estate heir with projects around the world would seem to be the perfect example of a global elite ruler.

What am I missing here?
