The goal is to create lasting & memorable experiences through Tanzanian cuisine. I am a Swahili Food Experience Curator and Swahili food is my favorite food. We have a beautiful way of utilizing everything around us to create meals that nourish the body and satisfy the heart. Through food we honor tradition and reflect on experiences. I love Swahili food because it’s food has multicultural influences that date back to the 8th century. As a Tanzanian Black American, I too am multiculturally influenced. I expose my country, cultural, my traditions, my experiences, my heart, when I cook for you.
