When OSHA stays in its lane, it provides a workplace benefit, but the mandate has nothing to do with OSHA's regular activities.
A deliberate and illegal ‘work around’.
According to OSHA's own website their charter (the OSH act of 1970) specifically does NOT include "workplace hazards regulated by another federal agency." Vaccines are regulated by the FDA not by OSHA.
