Rules and laws are for the little people. Hillary Clinton is proof positive that breaking the law is no big deal, if you have all of the right people doing the dirty work for you. And when one of those people steps out of line, the Clinton "cleaners" simply take of the problem.
This is the Obiden administration and white folk are the problem.

It literally means everybody but white folks. People who are SD, not white, and get accepted into a conservation program get 90% cost share. Whites get 75% for the privilege of being white.
